Justice for my family*

We are a family of Black Haitian immigrants who came to America in search of opportunity, dignity, and justice. Instead, we found ourselves trapped in a system of institutional discrimination, retaliation, and bureaucratic abuse—perpetrated not by isolated individuals, but by some of the most powerful public entities in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and beyond.

Our journey began with a commitment to education and public service. But when we stood up against wrongdoing at Penn State University, we became targets. The retaliation was swift and coordinated. What followed was a chilling cascade of violations—academic sabotage, due process failures, falsified records, and retaliatory dismissals—shielded by the silence and complicity of state agencies that are supposed to protect civil rights: the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE), the Office of Attorney General, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC), the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR), and the federal FERPA office.

This website stands as a public record and a call to action. We are not merely seeking redress for our family—we are exposing a system that punishes those who challenge it. Every document, timeline, and testimony here is rooted in verifiable fact. We believe the public deserves to know what happens when institutions conspire to erase dissent and silence marginalized voices.

Justice is not a favor—it is a right. And we will not stop until it is served. Join us in demanding accountability, transparency, and reform.
